Students who are currently receiving student loan and/or scholarship funds through the Opportunity Plan can utilize the links at left to share information with members of the program's staff.
The "information update form" allows an individual to share new address, phone, e-mail, employment and other information with staff members to insure uninterrupted communication.
The "loan reapplication form" is used by current borrowers to request additional loan funds for an upcoming semester. It must be accompanied by a new budget form (click on "application forms" - "go to loan application form" - "student loan budget form") and a copy of the student's most recent grade report and class schedule for the upcoming semester.
The "deferment options" link provides information for students who will not need to borrow additional funds during the upcoming semester and who want to keep payments on their loan in deferment during that time.
