Degrees from Amarillo College, Sam Houston State University and Texas Tech University led Jarrett Atkinson to his current destination in Lubbock where he serves more than 250,000 citizens as City Manager. Jarrett’s 20 years of experience includes managing, developing, implementing and delivering services for cities and public entities including the City of Amarillo and the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission.
