Scholarship recipients aren’t typically donors, but that wasn’t the case when Matthew Marrs was attending West Texas A&M University. Matthew, who graduated with a degree in finance in 2018, headed a team of WTAMU students that established the Keith Brown Commitment to Leadership Scholarship for the
Dyke and Terry Rogers Leadership Education and Development program. Both Brown and Rogers participated in the OPI program as students at WT. Matt interned for Merrill Lynch in New York City during the summer of 2017 and is now pursuing his career with Merrill Lynch in Amarillo. He married Lindsey Ellis, also a WT alum, February 2019.
