At a time when Julio Cesar Martinez was unsure how he would be able to continue pursuing his degree from Texas Tech University, an OPI scholarship made it possible. Cesar completed dual degrees in advertising and Spanish in May 2017 and was chosen as a #MAIP2017 Fellow, providing him an internship with Cramer Krasselt Agency in Chicago. Cesar is currently an assistant media planner for advertising agency Conill.
